I was expecting the property to be cleaner and nicer. Dirty

I booked a suite and it was large like a one bedroom apartment. I liked the location because it was close to the stadium and close to bourbon street. The pull out mattress was soiled and smelled bad. The front desk staff wasn’t very hospitable the first night, short and argumentative. We weren’t accommodated the first night with sleeping situation of the soiled mattress nor able to get extra blankets. I had to ask again for help the next morning. I should’ve gone elsewhere because the first night should have been taken care of as far as putting us in a different room if they couldn’t fix the mattress or offering money off instead of arguing with me
