The view from the window was lovely. However, the access up was very narrow and steep, making it hard with luggage, and the parking was a walk away from the apartment, requiring a steep metal stairway and cobbles—no lift or easier descent. The apartment itself was clean, but all the metal fixtures in the bathroom and the table and chairs on the small balcony were rusted, looked ugly, and were unhygienic. The young man who met us and escorted us to and from the parking was unfriendly, didn’t talk to us, and was on his phone during the walk to the apartment.

The location and the parking spot were good, and the sea view was nice. The key delivery was delayed after repeated phone calls with no response, the room was smaller than expected, dirty, and lacked basic necessities (such as a towel rack, a shelf, and essential accessories for a comfortable stay). Daily cleaning at 11 am, as agreed, was not carried out.

The location was exceptionally good, and the view was incredible. Some details in the room need more care, like the soap holder in the shower or the towel rack in the bathroom.

The spot is unbeatable, and the bed was super comfy with a nice shower. But we had to beg for the entry instructions; the info finally came late, right when we were outside the property during check‑in, which made us feel uneasy—definitely not a polite way to handle paying guests. Also, because we left the balcony door open, we lost a watch and a necklace. The watch seemed misplaced at first, but then I realized my necklace, which was in a bag in the wardrobe, was missing too. Lorenzo read my message about the loss, but as usual, didn't bother to reply. You live and learn.
