“No recomendable para familias”

The breakfast was very simple. The first thing they asked for was our IDs, which they took to verify the reservation, I suppose. For a three‑night stay, they never cleaned our room, never changed our towels, and the duvet was riddled with cigarette burn holes—though we don’t smoke. A fridge to keep drinks cold was noticeably missing, especially since the stay was long. The room door didn’t lock properly, and they told us not to worry, which felt unprofessional and lacking in charisma. The parking entrance door also didn’t close completely. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend it for families; it’s best suited for a friend or colleague to pass a few hours with.

It’s surprising that a place like this is available on booking. I’ll be more cautious next time.

“Vaya asco de sitio y booking no hizo nada me parece pésimo”

No nos dejaron entrar y no nos devolvieron el dinero por unas condiciones que no existían por no tener vehículo. Todo y sobre todo la atención que no me dejaron hablar con un encargado o superior y se negaba y encima vacilaba

There were many problems checking in. When you book for someone else, you can’t just provide their details; you have to be physically present, which they mention when you book through booking. Also, if you book two rooms, each must be in a different person’s name because, according to them, one person can’t have two rooms under the same name. These issues were new to me, and at almost midnight I had to make several calls to booking to let the waiting guests access their rooms.

The jacuzzi tub was great. The stairs were the only downside.
