The location was great, but the towels were dingy and old, and the sheets didn't stay on the mattress and were also old. The pillows were poor. Roaches came out of the tub drain. The office staff were unfriendly and not welcoming. If you don't like the scent of weed, avoid this place. On the first day we went to the restaurant for breakfast, the young lady working there didn't acknowledge us and just walked away. The Wi‑Fi was poor. The beach was beautiful.

The first room’s staff opened for us with a strong odor that made me turn around and leave; the second room’s bathroom door had missing screws and was hard to close, there was no washcloth, and water settled in the bathtub while bathing. The Wi‑Fi kept losing signal and there was no iron, which was bad because that day was my birthday. It seemed like we were the only guests on the property. We checked in at 5 pm and left at 5 am. The only positive thing was that it was right on the beach.

Close to restaurants bar and the ocean. No room service for the 3 days. I did request towels on the second day, however I didn't get any. Two towels with 3 kids was a bit hard to do
