The decor needs an upgrade, the bed was terrible, and the worn springs in the mattress made my back hurt the next day; the television is too small for the wall, it used to be bigger on my last visit, so this place feels more like a motel.

The reception clerk didn’t know how to handle international guests, insisting on an ID with an address that our country doesn’t provide—something we’ve never been asked for in the US. After the clerk called someone, she let us in.
