The beachfront location, sea view from the rooftop pool, comfortable loungers, large bath and beach towels, a warm greeting at reception on arrival day, water dispensers along the corridors, and the stylish lobby with its beautiful sea view all created a wow‑effect; however, the breakfast and dinner lacked any 5‑star quality, offering poor taste, very limited choices, and a buffet that was far from clean, while the staff, though numerous, seemed completely overwhelmed, and the headset‑based communication only added to the confusion, making guests feel constantly addressed; the music at all pools—including the rooftop—was awful, leaving no quiet spot, and the pool area near the restaurant suffered from an unbearable triple‑layered soundscape of DJ, restaurant, and wellness music; although the lobby’s stylish design and panoramic glass front over the sea were impressive, the overall quality dropped sharply, with uneven, old‑style, dirty floors leading to the rooms, which themselves did not meet 5‑star standards.
