The location was very good, the place was clean, and the staff were nice. However, we cannot ignore the elephant in the room… as others have pointed out the bathroom is tight, yet they give a score of 8/10. If you’re a male of average height, sitting on the toilet is practically impossible because the wall is too close. The shower is also very tight and could use a safety bar. The drain was plugged, and neither the shampoo nor soap dispensers worked—something management should address.

The location. The room was small with nowhere to put my case. The unsuite is tiny, there is hardly any room between the toilet, wall and shower. Fortunately I was on my own, but if two people were to share, the room is not fit for purpose
