The hotel was below average. The pictures were misleading; the room didn’t look the same. The bed was uncomfortable, the AC remote didn’t work, and the room phone made a lot of noise. The bathroom taps were broken, and the Wi‑Fi wasn’t working. The breakfast food quality was also poor.

The location is convenient and the staff were polite. The room was overpriced for the quality. The AC didn’t cool even at 16 °C, Wi‑Fi was very poor, and the LED had no cable connection. The bathtub had no stopper, so water couldn’t stay. Overall the facilities were disappointing.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at; don't waste your money—rates are inflated and they won't provide any shampoo or conditioner, only a cheap Sashay brand. The service is terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I dislike every single aspect of this hotel, giving it a zero rating.
