We had booked and prepaid a more expensive family room with two bedrooms and four beds, yet the front desk told us only one small room with one double bed and a sofa bed was left. After alerting the desk about the wrong, cheaper room, they said the hotel was fully occupied. After two hours of negotiation and a manager’s intervention, a second room appeared, compensating the hotel’s mistake. The handling was very unprofessional.

The location was close to the 02 arena, the Restaurant Jerusalem was clean, and the fresh croissants at breakfast were great, though the pillows were hard.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, it fully met and even exceeded our expectations. Everything was well organized, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was consistently professional and friendly. A seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Walking distance to the O2 arena was a plus. Highly recommended!
