“Need to improve on Facility and Services”
The staff were polite and courteous, but the hotel sits far from the main Pangot market and road access is terrible. They don’t stock Bisleri water, cold drinks, or chips, which was a big let‑down. Breakfast quality was poor; when we opened the water jug we found a dead mosquito inside. The food server immediately swapped the water and refilled the jug, but we never drank it, preferring our own bottled water instead. Prices felt high for the location, facilities, and services offered.
