The place is well situated and offers good value for money. The shower leaked, the safe didn’t work, and the hair dryer is very basic.

The accommodation was clean, nice, and very comfortable, just like the pictures show; we’re extremely satisfied and the place is close to everything ☺️

Easy to communicate with, exceptionally friendly, and there was always a croissant in the main area awaiting you after walking 30000+ steps a day :)

The location was perfect, a very quiet place without noise, with good restaurants and food shops nearby. It’s less than 5 minutes from the Vatican and you can walk everywhere. The accommodation itself explains the best walking route to see the main sights. Buses are very close to go straight to the Colosseum and also 5 minutes from a bus stop that goes directly to Fiumicino Airport. We arrived in the evening and agreed to pay the tourist tax with the owner the next day at 10 a.m. He arrived 20 minutes late and disrupted our morning because we had a reservation to visit a place at 11. Apart from that, everything was very, very good. We would definitely repeat it.
