“The worst”

The floor was dirty, the bed had a dent in the center, the AC unit wouldn’t stay on, the shower head sprayed water onto the ceiling and floor, the room door got stuck and screeched a lot, we had to wake up the manager to get coffee, the food was cold, the milk and orange juice were warm even though they were in the mini‑fridge, the manager offered our children a strawberry topping for their waffle that was warm and almost empty, there was a garbage can filled with garbage in the hallway at the bottom of the stairs, and I didn’t see any staff members; everything was bad.

“It was ok”

The room was very damp, the shower faucet ran nonstop, the carpet felt wet, and there were a lot of flies; dry your rooms out, get rid of flies, and fix the shower faucet.
