I liked that the private parking was reasonably priced, the hotel’s location was good, and the staff were kind. Unfortunately the room was barely a two‑star hotel. The bathroom window had a frame that probably dates back 60 years, so it couldn’t close properly and it was very cold in the morning. In the bathroom the laminate strips were half‑loose and separated from each other. The shower was held together by plastic ties, and the furniture was all broken. In the wardrobe the dresser was covered with a laminated paper that is now peeling and ruining it. The in‑room fridge worked but was completely empty. Breakfast was served in a very cold restaurant, so many guests ate with their jackets on. The same breakfast offered very little variety of sweets, and the cappuccinos were made by an assistant using automatic machines, which clearly couldn’t meet all guests’ needs. I ordered a latte macchiato and was given a tiny cup with barely a finger of milk and coffee, and it was cold.
