My second visit to Kotta Go and this time round I stayed for 8 nights. Very friendly and approachable staffs! A special shout out to Rosa, Wulan and Merlyn for always being there. Thank you Rosa for listening and calming me down when I had a problem. The hotel staff really helped and took care of me really well. Definitely will recommend my family and friends to stay here :)

I appreciate that the room was ready, clean, and beautiful, and that the bathroom was very clean. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The only downside is the washing basin inside the bathroom.
