The isolation, peace, clean sea, food, staff, and outdoor terraces were great, but there was a sewage smell in the bathroom.

The hotel’s location is perfect for relaxing, but if you want to see more you have to drive about 20 km around the island to Jelse or other spots because it’s very isolated. The setting is very beautiful. The food was decent and tasty. The staff deserves praise for being communicative and friendly. The beach is nice for those who like a rocky shore, which suited us. Every day a housekeeper tidied and changed the towels. The room had no fridge and the view faced the parking lot, which was a downside. The hotel is a bit of a trap; there’s no shop nearby, and you even have to buy water at the hotel, which is pricey.

The location feels like a real paradise. The hotel staff, especially Dorde, treated us wonderfully and made our stay much more comfortable with all the necessary information and help. The restaurant is delicious and the waiters are very attentive, with prices matching the place and the quality of the food. The rooms are a bit old, and the balcony of our room was narrow. The facilities overall could be improved a bit, such as the bathroom or furnishings, and it would definitely be a 4‑star hotel.
