The hotel was in a prime location for the old town and the lake. The staff was friendly and kind. We upgraded our room but that’s not necessary as the rooms are big enough. The breakfast was very much the same daily and not exciting. Our room had a leak in the night and despite the staff being helpful it was a disruption for us

Amazing property, amazing location, with extremely friendly staff! All the staff were great, but specifically Jenny. She was so informative and helpful when we arrived, and was extremely accommodating. Then she booked our Ninh Binh trip for us as well which was amazing. Highly recommend this place, for anyone staying in the Old Quarter in Hanoi
