“Na jednu noc dobrý.”
The breakfast was decent, but the air‑conditioning was only partially functional—it ran but didn’t cool well and the setting kept resetting. The corridors were poorly ventilated, giving off a stale, hot feeling.

The accommodation is suitable for casual guests, the room was clean and the breakfast was adequate, plus a fridge in the room was a nice bonus. The towels were quite worn and didn't smell good; I would suggest replacing them with fresh ones.

Getting to the city centre takes about 20 minutes on foot, and street parking is available with plenty of space. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean. Breakfast is excellent, and the owners are very communicative. Billa shopping centre is nearby, and Kutná Hora is a beautiful historic town.

The hotel is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood beside a small park, so nothing interferes with relaxation. The rooms didn’t have the latest gear but were well equipped with a hairdryer, fridge, coffee and tea set, kettle, TV, and large wardrobes; they were tidy and clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied, yet not overly abundant. Eggs were perfectly cooked and seasoned, the sausages, hot dogs, and cheeses were high quality, and the bread was crisp and fresh. The hotel lacks its own parking, but almost everywhere around there are streets where you can park for free. You don’t need a car to get around, as the old town centre is a 10‑minute walk away, and a large market is also close by. I highly recommend this hotel!
