The service is good, but the room décor was so plain that I ended up upgrading to a very simple one.

The prices and staff attention are great, yet sometimes the common areas emit a damp or dusty smell, probably due to the furniture and facilities.

It’s super well‑located, right near Cartagena’s main sights, and the staff are incredibly warm and ready to help with anything you need. A big thanks to Jose the bartender for those spectacular mojitos and his attentive service throughout our stay.
