You would expect five‑star standards, but the hotel fell short of that. The pool and its surrounding area were not clean.

The private pool and kids’ club were great, but the price was very high; the safari was nice but not worth the cost, and breakfast was simple with few options.

The service was very good, the reception staff were helpful and quick with procedures, and they really took care of us, which made our stay very comfortable. The only downside was the cleanliness – there was dust on the fabric over the bed and the kettle had ants; it would help to inspect the equipment before handing rooms to guests because the place attracts insects.
