The staff were pleasant and the view from the pool was great, but the Premium family suite I booked had mossy glass windows and algae covering them, and the food was below average.

I had a terrible experience: the room they gave me wasn’t the one I booked, and the staff asked me to pay extra to get the correct room; the room was unclean with dust on the curtains and everything else.

Breakfast was very good and the dining location was also very convenient, but there were limited lunch and dinner options and the same menu was served every day.
