“Misleading address and filthy stay”
I was told the address was 379 Chalmers, but when I got there I didn’t get a code. I called the number and Anna told me to call whoever was on the door. After a few attempts I called her back, gave my name, and she sent me a new address: 578 Harbison East. When I arrived, the door was unlocked and two people were standing outside smoking. Inside there was a nasty smell, sticky floors, cat bowls in front of the door, a bag of cat poop on the floor, and needles in the garbage can.
“Helpful staff, but needs cleaning”
They tried to help us, but the space could be cleaner.
“Friendly staff, but towel shortage”
Nobody bothered us, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the house was nice, we even extended for two more nights. The only downside was there weren’t many towels, lol.
“Dusty, hairy sheets, but otherwise fine”
The place was dusty, I had to sweep the whole house and my room. The sheets had hair on them, we ran out of toilet paper a couple of times, and the other guests were loud. Other than that, it was okay.
