The location was superb, the food was good but make sure not to stay on the 2nd floor; the shower on the 2nd floor is unusable because the building is historic, there’s no water pressure, the staff are very stressed, the staircase is wonderful but unfortunately dirty.

The surroundings are gorgeous and the infrastructure looks really nice, but the value for money is disappointing. There was no fridge in the room even though it was sweltering, the doors clanged loudly at night and in the morning, the shower had yellow grout that wasn’t clean, and the “leave us alone” vibe made us feel abandoned rather than pampered.

The exterior is in a green, quiet area; the room’s cleanliness and bed comfort were lacking, with dirt in the back of the toilet and in the tile joints around the bathtub, the bathroom trash can was broken, and the tissue box was empty.

The location is beautiful, the architecture is striking, and the food is great, yet the room wasn’t properly prepared or cleaned.

Locatie is prachtig en alles in goede staat van onderhoud. Het eten was matig. Flexibiliteit van personeel slecht. Keuze uit vis/vlees/vegetarisch kon niet. Ik moest 1 keuze voor de hele groep maken. Ik heb geprobeerd voor de hele groep van 26 kamers te boeken maar dat was dezelfde prijs als individueel bij . Maar dan wel vooraf betalen en niet te annuleren. Dan maar bij Booking ieder individueel laten boeken: commercieel onbegrijpelijk. Ook voor de diner reservering is het offertesysteem ronduit onvriendelijk
