I received a suite instead of a standard room—free upgrade. The historic setting is gorgeous, and everything is within walking distance. Parking isn’t available for LPG cars, even though many underground garages do allow them.

Everything met my expectations for a good hotel! Shoutout to the gentleman at the front desk who handled our check‑out; he was patient, polite, and attentive. The only downside was the breakfast.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. The staff were super friendly. The hotel’s location near the Grote Markt is great, and the parking garage under the hotel is very convenient. The only thing I’d note is that the main pillows were too soft for my taste; otherwise, everything was perfect.

The staff were extremely friendly, well‑informed, and gave excellent suggestions for restaurants, chocolatiers, and transportation. The location is beautiful, and we especially loved the terrace and canal view at the back of the hotel. Thank you for making our stay exceptional. No negatives.
