Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is close to the bus, jeep, and tricycle terminals, making it very accessible. Thanks a lot, Bliss Hotel and staff!

The place is close to everything, but the towels were dirty with visible stains, the bidet water had a strong ulam smell, there was no comfortable blanket, and the floors were dirty.

The parking is right in front of the building, but the noise is very loud, street noise is constant, and the Wi‑Fi is very weak.

The welcome and the food were good, but over five nights they never changed the sheets or bath towels.
