The bed, the room temperature (we had a lot of shade), no problems at all with the water (we had both cold and hot water), 30 minutes on foot from the stay to the Beach Please festival. The terrace from the outside is kind of old, probably needs a renovation soon enough. They were working on site when we were there

It does not have air conditioning, the kitchen hood is missing. It was very far from the beach and it was under construction.
