The location was close to several attractions, but the price was a drawback.

The location was close to the musical center paradise and the most important museums, but the narrow and steep stairs were not accessible for people with disabilities and the carpet on the stairs was very dirty.

Breakfast was excellent, but the steps to the dining area are steep for any senior.

I liked that it was close to the museum area, the single room was cozy, I liked that breakfast was included, there was luggage storage, I had very large suitcases and I could maneuver them well in the elevator, but perhaps the bathroom curtains should be washed more often, the lower part looks a bit dirty.
