Stay 'd Kuningan

The room was spacious, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. The bed sheets were dirty and had to be changed, the air conditioning was weak, and the bathroom was filthy. There was no shampoo or soap provided, and the curtains were torn and dirty. To top it all off, the hotel was located quite far from the city center, and the surrounding streets were narrow and congested with traffic.

The only positive aspect of my stay was the location, but unfortunately, that was overshadowed by a multitude of issues. The air conditioning didn't work, there were bed bugs, and the staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. It was honestly the worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune of staying in.

I was utterly appalled by the state of this hotel, which was impossible to stay in due to its filth, terrible smell, and non-functional plumbing. The bed sheets were stained with blood and other substances, and the towels were like something you'd find in a sex shop - it was even worse than that. We booked two rooms, and both were in the same disgusting condition. Our attempts to negotiate with the front desk were futile, and we ended up checking out and moving to a different hotel.
