The room is spacious, but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, the furniture looks damaged, and overall cleanliness was lacking.
Sarah at reception went above and beyond and was incredibly helpful; all staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel’s style is lovely, though our towels hadn’t been replenished at first, which was later sorted.
The room was nice, spacious and comfortable, yet they tripled the rates by exploiting the flight block to London on 8 September, which was petty and unacceptable.

The location is great and the place is relatively clean, but the shower’s water pressure is almost nonexistent, and the room only has blackout curtains, so during the day the whole of east London can see through the windows, including neighboring rooms.
