“What you need for a short stay in Yerevan!”
I stayed for two nights and it was exactly what I needed, though the AC in the room was a bit too strong.

The host, Armen, is excellent – always ready to help or give advice, and if he’s not in the house he replies quickly on WhatsApp. The house has many guests, but there’s no noise and everyone is friendly and clean. My room was large, clean, had a comfortable bed and a balcony, but the shower lacked a shower screen – a typical southern style.

The bed was comfortable, the shower good, and the balcony pleasant. Ahmed answered our requests quickly – thanks. The room was very clean, but the kitchen was dirty; unfortunately, guests who used the kitchen left their dishes in the sink. There were also not enough cutlery, plates, or cups.

The sink and balcony are nice, and the three‑person room was spacious, making check‑in easy; there are cats outside the courtyard. The shower head was taped together, so water didn’t always come out, and there was an unpleasant smell in the toilet.

One of the cheapest and best hostels in Yerevan. Many people stay there just to bridge a long gap, so few people stay longer, which means there are also fewer fellow travelers to connect with.
