The location was good relative to the train station and tramway, but the wardrobes and small furniture were filled with the owner's stuff, plus suitcases on top of the wardrobe—no room for a table and two chairs (the legal minimum), and the shared toilets (not specified) despite a private bathroom. In the end we rented a bed, a TV, a bathroom, and a parking spot. The price was prohibitive for that.

The host was very friendly, and there was a convenience store and restaurants right next door. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very large. The toilets were not private.

The room was very comfortable, well decorated and clean, with a nice bathroom. The location was great, close to the train station and tram. The welcome and breakfast were good. It’s perfect for staying in Le Mans. I’m not a fan of the shared toilets, but that’s personal.
