A driver near the entrance greeted me with a smile and a heartfelt welcome, which felt very pleasant.

The baths were great, but the breakfast had to be eaten strictly between 7 and 8, no flexibility. There was an option for a different breakfast but it wasn’t clear.

The bath and the male receptionist outside were attentive and helpful, even asking my name and contacting the check‑in desk via intercom, but the check‑in process itself was a mess: two people were at the counter, one handling ice‑cream sales and the other supposedly checking guests in; after finishing the ice‑cream, he vanished without acknowledging me, and the ice‑cream clerk stayed busy and ignored me even after finishing, leaving me standing at the counter with no contact.
