The location is good, and the front‑desk staff were friendly and engaged. Breakfast was old, the TV was outdated, and I had to ask for kitchen items; the hotel needs updates. The sink in the kitchen was backed up.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, but I had trouble getting a stable Wi‑Fi connection.

Breakfast was wonderful, you got everything you needed, parking is free and located near the junction, easy to go out London inside the hotel. The sofa had no sheets and was very old, you could feel the iron.
