I needed extra towels and the lady at the front desk was having trouble with the dryer even though she was trying her best to get it to work. Luckily she had brand‑new towels and opened them just for me so I didn’t have to wait. Great customer service 👍

Very quiet. No bolt lock on the door

The location was fine, everything else was actually good, but there was never any hot water. I had to shower with cold water, and since I arrived very late and left very early, I didn't bother telling the staff.
