The location was great, the cleaning was excellent, and the front‑desk staff was super friendly and attentive; I had to walk a few meters down a dark street to reach the main road, but I’d definitely stay here again, especially since it’s close to bars, restaurants, and shops.

“Great location and value just a few down sides.”

The place is in a fantastic spot and the rooms offer great value, but the pool, though large, was always littered with leaves and needed a tidy‑up (still liked it). Rooms were only cleaned every three days, whereas daily would be preferable. There was a lot of construction around, which was okay for us but might not suit everyone.

It was simply INCREIBLE, with amazing staff, mattress, sheets, pool, and location—everything. If you’re looking for a chill escape amid the madness of Bali, this is the spot. Highly recommended, especially for the human quality of the team.

“Extremely dissapoiting”

The only redeeming factor was the location. I’d just finished two weeks of surfing in remote Indonesia and didn’t expect anything fancy, yet this place failed to meet even basic standards for its price. I needed decent Wi‑Fi to work, but it was unbelievably slow, sometimes not even loading emails. The property was filthy: fresh towels and sheets were yellow, stained, and disgusting. I experienced power and water outages, even losing water mid‑shower and having to jump into the pool. I didn’t feel safe; my scooter was left overnight in the parking lot, and the next morning its key was broken in the ignition, suggesting a theft attempt. Cameras surrounded the property, but the staff claimed the angle didn’t capture my bike. Reception was always closed, staff unresponsive, and messages on the WhatsApp group were often ignored. Only one staff member was nice.
