The stay was excellent, easy check‑in and check‑out, attentive staff, and the old‑world conscientiousness was much appreciated; I wish my room had a view (not a big deal), the room was clean enough but not perfect, and I’d suggest cleaning the windows immediately.

The spot was perfect, but the hot tubs were a long walk away.

The room was huge, spotless, and the bed was super comfy.

My recent visit was a mixed bag - while the interior was spotless and impressive, I was let down by the late room preparation. On our previous visit, we encountered a similar issue, where the room wasn't ready at check-in time. Thankfully, this time the room's cleanliness made up for it, but a smoother check-in process would have been appreciated.
