The hotel is well positioned for exploring Dorset, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hosts are excellent. Nothing comes to mind that needs improvement.

The stay was flawless, especially the breakfast, and Chris & Mella welcomed us warmly; their dogs added extra joy, and we’re eager to return—thanks to both of them.

We could step from our rooms into a lovely garden, enjoy tasty breakfasts, and even receive a welcome doggie pack for Alfie; they offered great local tips, suggested shady walks during the heat, and nearby pubs and towns within a half‑hour drive are worth a visit.
