“Beautiful Resort, Exceptional Service”

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the resort and were very impressed by the overall experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and well maintained. The staff were a highlight; everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were especially fortunate to have Ahlem’s care—she was unbelievably attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Celebrating our wedding anniversary, she went above and beyond, constantly coming up with thoughtful ideas and small touches that made our experience memorable. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. The only area that didn’t quite match the rest of the resort was the food; given the high standard of everything else, we expected the dining experience to be similar, but unfortunately, the food was somewhat underwhelming.

The place was very nice and clean, but the roams, restaurant and beach were not.

The room and the beach were great, but the service rarely met five‑star standards, and the Italian restaurant fell short in service, food, and décor. For example, my son ordered a calcio e pepe and was served a “catch of the day” fish. Overall, the food was not up to five‑star quality, though the selection was wide. The breakfast table lacked a trash bin.
