When we checked in, the room and bathroom had not been cleaned; the bathroom looked especially dirty, the towel was torn and we only received one for three of us, and the manager apologized, saying it wouldn't happen again. The room also carried a strong cigarette smoke odor.

They served a very good breakfast in the room, and the service was excellent.

The rooms were spacious, there was a nice garden and ample parking, and the staff were friendly and helpful, yet the beds were very uncomfortable, the pillows were poor, the bedsheets were dirty, and the mattress itself was dirty.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, surrounded by its stunning beauty and lovely garden. The massive rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable, with working air conditioning. The hotel's location in the DHA area was perfect, with many tourist attractions nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay special. However, the Wi-Fi in my room was quite unreliable, forcing me to use the public area for internet access.
