Everything was fine; no issues at all.

I didn’t use the kitchen. The hot water stopped, but they offered us another shower spot.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bathroom and bedding were clean. However, the walls were filthy, a weird odor lingered in the room, the shower door was impractical, the toilet paper holder kept falling out, the shower pressure was hard to control, and the neighbors played music late into the night.

“Clean, but very basic, falling short on some necessities.”

The room was very basic, I would say clean and comfortable. No Kitchenette, we had to get water from the bathroom if we wanted to use the kettle. Kettle wasn't clean I was less comfortable using it, which was off putting. I refrained from using anything else, I wasnt sure if it would be safe & clean enough. No crockery, utensils, except for 3 glasses, cups and teaspoons, with tea, coffee and sugar
