The staff were fantastic and the rooms stayed spotless and tidy.

The stay was solid overall, especially thanks to its prime spot in the city center, and the staff and service met expectations—highly appreciated. The only downside was the lack of an outdoor lawn or kids' play area, which should be added.

Nothing stood out positively. The property staff reached out via WhatsApp and demanded excessive paperwork: ID cards, matching ID cards with a marriage certificate, passports bearing the same name, and more—none of which was mentioned on the booking site or in the property description. They never offered any assistance and ultimately pushed me to cancel the booking.
