“Shared flat and not own apartment was a surprise”

The room was nice with a balcony, but it didn’t look exactly like the first picture and the ad didn’t clearly state that it was a shared flat, which surprised us.

The lady Anamaria lifted us from the airport for €10 each, which was a huge help compared to a taxi that would have cost €40‑50. The room was spotless, brand‑new, and the communal kitchen on the hallway was very organized. Parking cost €10 a day, which was worth it because finding space on the street was tough and parking in front of the block was hard. We only stayed three nights but had daily housekeeping and were given two large beach towels. The property is literally a 5‑10 minute walk from the old town and the port. Overall, an exceptional B&B, great price even in mid‑August. 10/10 Grazie Donna Carla!!

“Mi agradable estancia en la Residencia de Carla en Cagliari”

We were housed on floor 6 in a three‑bedroom apartment with separate bathrooms. The blue room assigned to us was very comfortable and nice, with a large double bed, a balcony with a table and two chairs for enjoying the view, and a bathroom that was also very comfortable and nice, though it was located in the hallway rather than in the room, which didn’t bother us at all and matched the blue room’s colors. The shared kitchen was well equipped, offering a variety of teas and coffees and a fridge for storing items, plus a two‑seat bar for breakfast. Ana María picked us up at the airport, and we also met Carla, who was very kind. I loved the experience. The only downside was that the stay was very short.

“Confortable et accueillant.”

The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and everything was very clean. Carlà was there when we arrived, gave us advice, and listened to our needs and wishes. We used the private parking (10€/night) nearby, which is about a 5‑minute walk and well secured. The city centre is easily reachable on foot. Nothing was missing; everything was great.
