The British theme is nice, with a good selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and toiletries, and the hotel is clean and excellently located near Victoria Station at a competitive price, but the double bed is tiny—more like a large single—so it’s not big enough for two adults to sleep comfortably, the room itself is also very small and narrow, and the shower takes over five minutes to produce hot water.

The room was tidy and spacious for London standards, the staff were helpful with various requests, and the spot near Victoria Station was great. However, there was no A/C—just a desk fan—and the window was hard to open and stay open, so the room stayed hot even after we arrived in the evening on a warm day.
