The location was excellent, right opposite the railway station, which made it extremely convenient. The room was good and the garden was a lovely bonus. The host was very responsive and kindly accommodated our early check‑in. Overall, a great experience and a highly convenient stay! However, no room cleaning happened during the three nights of my stay.

Communication was quick and easy. The location is just 1 minute to the train station and close to all the spots in Florence. The room was big, we had a large backyard, it was clean and had everything we needed.

The room was big enough, but there was no room service and the toilet paper never got refilled, which felt like a joke. I also asked for an extra pillow the day after check‑in because of a headache, and it only arrived the day before check‑out.

The place is great for me because it’s close to the train station and only a 10‑minute walk to the Duomo. Self‑check‑in worked well and the staff were quick to respond. The garden with a Jacuzzi was lovely and the area was quiet, a nice break from the city noise. The only downside was a loud pumping sound that kept going all night and could keep some people awake.
