Pull out bed was nasty had to buy a air mattress then when first checked in room was in correct. How I keep asking for house cleaning and no one came had to go down stairs to get things then first night Internet and cable was out

Overall the room was well furnished and it even had a small kitchen area, also all the towels and bed linens were really immaculate. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. I had to swap out the key card twice

The location was close to a major highway and the movement of cars all night long made it u ncomfotable. There was not soap, shampoo and conditioner in the dispensary in the shower -empty and when I say empty - nothing could be dispensed. We were not pleased with that

The studio was adequate with basic appliances, but the toilet was initially dirty until they swapped our room. Breakfast fell short: no continental or vegetarian options, only orange juice, no fresh yogurt, and no fruit.
