“Didn’t know we had guest when we arrived. Bed bugs were already chilling in our room upon arrival.”

The pictures are very deceiving; I had no idea it was a motel and I’ll never stay here again. When I entered the room I immediately saw a bug next to the pillow on the sheet that looked like a bed bug or tick, so we Googled it and confirmed it was a bed bug. I went down to ask for a refund, but they said they never had a problem with bed bugs and weren’t sure what I was seeing. They offered me another room, which I declined. I asked for a refund again and they said they couldn’t do that and that I needed to come back the next day to speak with the manager. I still haven’t been able to contact the manager and am working with booking for a refund. They also charged me two separate charges and had no answers for that: $235 was the total for 2 nights and then an additional $117. They said their system just does that????!!

The location and convenience to venues were good, but the rooms were dirty and dated. Curtains were filthy, the toilet seat was wobbly, I found a couple of roaches—one on the headboard and another near the bathroom floor. The shower tubbing had cracks, the shower drain was problematic, and the TV screen was dirty with prints as if someone had tried to adjust the TV with dirty hands. Everything should be wiped down and sanitized. Our room card was deactivated after 1 day even though we stayed 2 nights, which was resolved almost immediately. This is a very low‑budget motel with 8‑10 star rating prices.
