The hotel's location was a major draw
The team, including Daniela, Yuly, and Carlos, made my stay truly exceptional
The room was surprisingly quiet, and the location's traffic noise was not a significant issue
The breakfast was also unappetizing, with a stale bread option being the only choice

Everything was excellent, and everything was excellent.

Breakfast was fine, and Sandra, Carlos and Ariana gave outstanding service. The reception furniture looked a bit shabby.
Very central and clean. No pool.
The only good thing was the location and the cleaning ladies were very polite and the only ones who greeted you when you passed by, including the girl who served breakfast. The front desk staff were terrible, giving you a long list of rules as if you were in school. I needed a bandage for a cut and they told me a pharmacy was on the corner. When I asked for hot water for tea they said they didn’t have any or that I had to go to the next hotel to get it myself. The air conditioning didn’t cool enough, so we had to change rooms and wait about four hours for the air to cool. There was only one socket in the room and it was connected to an old fridge that was rusted, so there was nowhere to charge phones. The hotel description says “GOOD BREAKFAST” but when you arrive it’s just an American breakfast: they serve you two spoonfuls of scrambled eggs, two mini breads, and eight pieces of fruit. I stayed for ten days and the menu never changed, so you shouldn’t count that as a good breakfast when it absolutely isn’t! Remember you’re dealing with foreigners, and the restrictions they imposed were more limiting than helpful. I had to carry my own luggage up to the third floor and a guest helped me. The night shift front desk guy was rude, and we ended up sleeping on the sofa at night with the lights off. The long‑haired black‑haired girl who welcomed us on the first day was super annoying; when we took water from the one they have at the entrance she looked like she was annoyed. Apparently it’s only for first‑time arrivals. They also had a cream over coffee, and it seemed like the girl would have a heart attack when you took that.
Location is good. The mattress was very hard and the bathrooms were very narrow.
