Nothing impressed me; the Wi‑Fi kept cutting out, the bathroom toilet was subpar and the hot‑water hose was taped up. The photos online don’t match the reality, so the place is far below standard. The garden was fine, but otherwise the hotel was very poor.

Everything was spot‑on! The hotel sits in a gorgeous location, its worn‑in charm adds character and the staff are genuinely attentive.

They did not give me a key to get in – I couldn’t stay and had to scramble for another place, which was very stressful. No refund from either side, so I paid for the suffering. I had the worst experience with them. They did not let me stay, they did not give me a key.

The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the north of the island, right on the sea edge within a lovely garden. The only drawback was that the breakfast left room for improvement.
