The Guest room, 1 Queen sleeps two and can accommodate an additional crib. It features a private bathroom with a bathtub or shower, bathrobe, slippers, hair‑dryer, and a flat‑screen TV, while the sleeping area offers a flat‑screen TV, coffee/tea maker, safe, desk, iron, ironing facilities, telephone, and cable channels. Climate control is provided by air‑conditioning and heating, and the room is served by an on‑site coffee machine, a laptop safe, a wardrobe, and upper‑floor access via elevator.

“Overpriced no view small room”
18 for something that is already overpriced, no thank you. The room was small, the toilet was leaking, and the food was overpriced.
“Excellent location.”
The mattress needs replacement, and I was shocked by the $57 valet charge.
Very nice facility with comfortable rooms adjacent to Sundance Square. Came 1/5 days to clean the room at 5:30pm while we were dressing to go out for the evening. On check out day a staff member knocked on the door and asked if we were checking out. I have never had that experience before
