Dear Customer Relations Team, I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding a serious issue with my reservation. I made a reservation and paid the required prepayment in advance. Based on this reservation, I traveled to another country expecting that my accommodation had been secured. However, upon arriving at the property, I was informed that they had no record of my reservation. In addition, did not send me the reservation confirmation for my arrival date, leaving me without accommodation in a foreign country. What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that I traveled approximately three hours from the airport to reach the property. Had there not been a vacant room available, I would have been forced to travel another three hours back, causing even greater inconvenience, stress, and additional expenses. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in . As a result of this incident, I do not intend to use your platform again in the future. I also feel compelled to share my experience through public reviews so that other travelers are aware of what happened and the difficulties I faced. I request a full investigation into this matter, a clear explanation of how this occurred, a refund of my prepayment if applicable, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, distress, lost time, and additional costs I incurred.
