“Decent, but probably wouldn’t stay again”

I couldn’t hear any airplane noise, and the motel was a convenient distance from both the zoo and the aquarium. On the flip side, the floors in my room were filthy and left my feet very dirty. I had to wash my own towels, and there were no curtains—just blinds, making the room overly bright.

“Unsafe, unfair”

The hotel is basically a temporary shelter for the homeless, and I felt extremely unsafe in the area. When I tried to check in, I was told to return in an hour because the staff were waiting to be paid by the residence for their stay. I asked to use their bathroom, but they directed me to a Chick‑Fil‑A up the street. I ended up paying $400 for another hotel, yet they still charged me for a stay I never had. Horrible experience—never again.

“Great place for work stay, good newly renovated room to lay your head down in the evenings.”

The newly renovated room was great, and the staff were outstanding—especially the front‑desk lady and property manager, D. They were very helpful and accommodating when my work plans changed, allowing me to cancel early and receive a full credit. Thanks, ladies, for excellent customer service. The neighborhood was decent, and the price was unbeatable. If you’re traveling for work and need an extended stay, the location works well.
